Repalbe Booking is a privacy-first WordPress booking plugin built with a unique approach. It was developed to address a fundamental security concern of traditional booking systems: storing sensitive personal data on web servers for indefinite periods.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/repalbe-bookingdirectory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPress ‘Add New Plugin’ screen. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Upon activation, the plugin automatically creates default initial configuration data (a sample course, default schedule, local payment method, and a basic layout) to provide an immediate starting point.
- Open the “Repalbe Booking Settings” menu in your admin dashboard to customize store rules, business hours, and courses.

Does this plugin really delete customer personal data?

Yes. To minimize the risk of personal information leaks from your database, the customer’s name, phone number, and email address are automatically purged immediately after the booking notification email is successfully sent. Please manage bookings via the notification emails received in your inbox.

Why don’t I see customer contact details in the WordPress admin dashboard?

This is not a bug—it is the core function of our “Zero-Storage” design. Customer details are purged from the database immediately after dispatching the notification email. Please check your inbox for customer records. The admin dashboard only stores non-personally identifiable booking slot information.

Can I reply directly to the notification email to contact the customer?

Yes. The notification emails automatically set the customer’s email address as the “Reply-To” header for the store administrator, and vice versa. You can simply hit “Reply” in your email client to communicate seamlessly.

What happens if notification emails fail to send?

Because Repalbe Booking uses a Zero-Storage design, booking details are dispatched exclusively via email and are not retained in the database. To ensure reliable notification delivery, please make sure your WordPress hosting environment is properly configured to send transactional emails (e.g., using standard SMTP authentication). Email deliverability and mailbox configuration are the responsibility of the site administrator.

Why does it show “Security check failed” or “Invalid token” on the booking page?

This is almost always caused by caching plugins (e.g., WP Super Cache, LiteSpeed Cache) caching dynamic security tokens. To resolve this, please add your booking, confirmation, and thank-you page URLs to the “Exclude from Cache” list in your caching plugin or server cache settings.

Why are booking times shifted or displaying the wrong hour?

Please ensure your WordPress timezone is set correctly. Navigate to WordPress Admin > Settings > General and configure the “Timezone” to your local city or UTC offset (e.g., “Tokyo” or “UTC+9”).

Can I accept online credit card payments?

The free Core version supports Local Payment and Bank Transfer. If you wish to accept credit card payments via Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), the Pro Edition add-on is available. Please refer to our documentation for details.

How are cancellation fees handled?

In the Core version, you can display your cancellation policy text, and any refunds are processed manually. If you wish to automate cancellation fee calculations and instant Stripe refunds, you can upgrade to the Pro Edition add-on.
