- Log into your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to “Plugins” using the sidebar on the left.
- Click “Add New” and search “Cheerlink” in the search bar.
- Install the plugin and activate it.
- The Cheerlink AI Chat icon will appear on the left sidebar of your WP admin panel.
After activating the plugin, follow the prompts on the settings page to open a new browser tab for initial configuration, complete simple configuration and account registration, refresh your WordPress, and you can see the widget!

What is an Ama AI Chatbot Conversation and how does it work to handle customer inquiries?

Ama AI is a chatbot for solving your customers problems in an instant. You can write down any additional content that you want to include in Ama AI answers. We will also fetch the relevant data (product information, FAQs, etc.) from your store shop or website after getting your authorization. And then Ama AI will generate answers using the content of your choice, such as video recommendations, product introductions, FAQs.
Ama uses the website’s data to learn and respond to customer inquiries, handling up to 90% of issues autonomously.

The AI will notify humans if it doesn’t know the answer. Email forwarding means, if someone send you an email to support@mycompany.com, you can also see and reply to the email inside the Cheerlink inbox.

How does the free trial work?

During the free 14-day trial, you can test all Cheerlink features and plans and see how to improve customer service and accelerate sales. You don’t need to provide us with your credit card information to access the free trial.
At the end of the trial, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan unless you upgrade your subscription to a paid option.
