Minimum Requirements

Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option — WordPress will handle the file transfer, and you won’t need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic install of Freight Shipping Quote, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu, and click “Add New.”

In the search field type “Freight Shipping Quote” then click “Search Plugins.” Once you’ve found us, you can view details about it such as the point release, rating, and description. Most importantly of course, you can install it by! Click “Install Now,” and WordPress will take it from there.

Manual installation

I had a couple of questions and suggestions about the plug-in, and the developer created a couple of features just from my suggestions. He even worried about testing it in our staging site, and fixed every single bug and improvement I reported back. One of the best experiences I had working with a free plugin, and I plan to move to the PRO version soon with all the clients that need this feature! Keep it up man, you’re great!

Been using it for a while now and find this a really usefull plugin for custom shipping quotes.Support was very quick when I had a small bug with another plugin.

I look after a WP multisite which has an auction and a shop. Within the shop I needed to have a way for our customers to request a shipping quotation if they lived in certain parts of the country this plugin looked ideal. After installing the plugin with no problems I started to test it and found there was a small problem which I then contacted support with. Working with Repon he helped me resolve the problem very quickly. Now when a customer uses the shop from one of the post code areas covered by this shipping rule they are given an option to request a quotation for shipping and it all works seemlessly! Very Happy – thank you Repon.

My issue stems from this plugin failing to include WooCommerce Payfast Gateway, and subsequently allowing orders to enter “Processing” status without payment. I have now replaced this plugin with one that does the job since this author was uninterested in helping me effectively.

This plugin is simple to use and super effective. No need to study documentation to set it up. It’s very intuitive. Support responds right away and is willing to take recommendations and make fixes fast. We needed extra functionality to edit items in cart which the developer added to the Pro version of the plugin. We also needed customization of the email template and he did it in the matter of hours. Very happy with this plugin and the support.
