After you upload proof images to a gallery, copy the client link from the gallery edit screen and send it to your client. The link includes a secure token — no login required. ### Can clients download photos? In PhotoEZ Lite, clients can view and select photos but cannot download originals. Final high-resolution delivery is available in PhotoEZ Pro. ### What does the watermark look like? PhotoEZ Lite applies a “PROOF” text watermark across all proof images to protect your work. You can upload a custom branded watermark PNG in PhotoEZ Pro. ### Is WooCommerce required? No. PhotoEZ Lite works without WooCommerce. WooCommerce integration for photo purchase upsells is a Pro feature. ### Can I upgrade later? Yes! Your galleries and data are fully compatible with PhotoEZ Pro. Simply install and activate PhotoEZ Pro and all your existing galleries will be there. ### Can I customize the gallery header image? Yes. Click **Set as header** on any proof image, then use the built-in **Crop header** tool to frame it for the wide banner at the top of the client gallery. A header cropped from a small photo keeps its real size rather than being blown up and re-compressed, and the gallery edit screen now warns when the chosen header is too small for the banner. * FIX: The gallery header is served at full resolution instead of a smaller intermediate, which made the banner look soft on large and high-resolution screens. * FIX: Watermarked proofs are regenerated when the original photo changes, instead of serving a stale cached copy. * FIX: The dashboard “Pending” count now includes galleries explicitly marked pending, so it matches the Galleries page. #### 1.0.6 * NEW: Client photo notes — clients can leave a short editing note on each photo they select. Notes appear with their selections on the gallery edit screen and in the new-selections email.
