   Facebook of predetermined lead type events for telephone links, direct access
   links and e-mail.

e.g.

 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/Goals-for-Facebook-and-Google-
    analytics` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen
    directly.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
 3. if you have already installed the google analytics GA code, and the Pixel facebook
    code, you be able to see the goals
