CítameIA

CítameIA automates the technical GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) tasks that agencies usually charge a lot for:

  • Automatically generates schema.org markup (Organization/LocalBusiness, WebSite, Article, Product) across your site.
  • [geo_faq] shortcode to create FAQs that display on screen AND generate FAQPage schema.
  • Generates and serves an llms.txt file with your business information in a format AI engines can read directly.
  • Audit panel with a “citability score” and an actionable checklist.
  • Compatible with WooCommerce (automatic Product schema).
  • Free version included. CítameIA Pro adds AI bot monitoring with history, automatic reports (PDF, weekly email, verified-score badge), score trend history, unlimited FAQ groups, and full AI mention testing breakdown.

Why GEO/AEO matters

Search is changing. More people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews directly instead of clicking through ten blue links. If your site isn’t structured in a way these engines can parse and trust, you simply don’t get mentioned — no matter how good your traditional SEO is. CítameIA closes that gap without requiring you to hire an agency or write a single line of code.

FAQ.KG

Is CítameIA free?

Yes. The free version includes business data and schema.org generation, 1 FAQ group, schema validation, llms.txt, your current citability score, Open Graph/Twitter Card tags, an external-presence checklist, and manual AI mention testing with 4 fixed questions. CítameIA Pro adds AI bot monitoring with history, automatic reports (PDF, weekly email, badge), score history, unlimited FAQ groups, and the full AI mention testing breakdown.

What is the “citability score”?

A 0-100 score summarizing how ready your site is for AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) to understand, mention, and correctly cite it. It’s calculated from technical checks (schema.org, llms.txt, structured FAQs) and external signals (presence on other sites, business-data consistency).

Does it work alongside Yoast SEO or Rank Math?

Yes. CítameIA detects if Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or Google for WooCommerce are already generating their own schema.org markup, and avoids duplicating it so you never end up with conflicting structured data on the same page.

Is it compatible with WooCommerce?

Yes, it automatically generates Product schema for your WooCommerce products.

Does CítameIA send my site’s data anywhere?

CítameIA uses the Freemius SDK for Pro license management and aggregated, anonymous usage analytics. The first time you activate the plugin, you’re explicitly asked whether you consent to sharing that data — you can use the free version without opting in.

What happens if I cancel my Pro license?

Your data and settings are not deleted. Pro-only features (AI bot monitoring, automatic reports, score history, unlimited FAQ groups, and the full AI mention testing breakdown) lock again, but everything in the free version keeps working normally.

1.44.0

1.41.0

  • New: real Freemius SDK integration for Pro licensing and checkout.
  • The “Get CítameIA Pro” button now uses the real Freemius checkout URL.
  • Added Freemius’s free/premium auto-deactivation safeguard to prevent conflicts if both versions are ever active at once.

1.40.0

  • New: Plans screen (CítameIA Pro) showing free vs. Pro features side by side, with a monthly/annual pricing toggle.

1.39.0

  • New: free/Pro split. AI bot monitoring, automatic reports, score history, unlimited FAQ groups, and the full AI mention testing breakdown are now Pro features. Everything else remains free.

1.38.2

  • Fixed: the WordPress admin sidebar menu was not being translated to English; now all 10 entries switch correctly.

1.33.0

  • New: Reports screen (PDF report, weekly email, shareable score badge, report history).
  • New: AI bot monitoring with automatic exclusion of vulnerability-scanner traffic.
  • New: competitor comparison table on the landing page.

1.19.0

  • Major build-out: sub-dimension scoring, external presence checklist, “mentioned vs. cited with a link” distinction in AI mention testing, weekly automatic score snapshots.

1.13.0

  • New core check: scans your robots.txt for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, and other known AI crawlers being blocked.

1.9.0

  • New “AI Mention Testing” screen: generates suggested blind questions based on your business data, with buttons to copy them and open ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity/Google directly. No paid APIs or API keys — an honest, manual log of real tests.

1.0.0

  • Initial release: automatic schema, FAQ with schema, llms.txt, citability audit.
